CLICMOBILE Wins Motorola ChinICT Top innovator Award in Beijing China.

Motorola Recognizes Cicmobile giving The Motorola Top Innovator award during ChinICT event in Beijing.

– Beijing China / Geneva Switzerland / Paris France, May 26, 2007 –
Clicmobile, the leader in connected communities, today announced that it has been named the official 2007 Motorola ChinICT Top Innovator award Winner of the acclaimed ChinICT event.
This has been the second international win for Geneva and Paris-based Clicmobile Holding SA.
Nominated top 10 european Innovator by the Guidewire Group, Clicmobile won one Innovation award at Innovate! in Zaragoza, Spain. While these awards acknowledge the young mobile and internet company’s innovative potential they also demonstrate that Clicmobile successfully aims for international recognition. So far, tens of thousand community members are already using the Clicmobile platform from both the web and the mobile to link up with friends and co-workers and share content.

After evaluating private entrepreneurs throughout the EMEA and APAC region (Europe, Middle East and Africa / and Asia Pacicfic ) the ChinICT editorial board short-listed 60 finalists considered to lead the next wave of innovations. From this list the ultimate Innovators 2007 winners were selected.

Clicmobile powers yootribe,
the community platform launched by Switchmod and M6 Web

Clicmobile, a software developer targeting the mobile/Web communities, will provide Switchmod with its proprietary Social Networking and User Generated Content platform. Thanks to this platform, users will have both online and mobile access to the community site www.yootribe.com. Yootribe is being launched by Switchmod in partnership with M6 Web.

Paris, October 24th 2006 – Clicmobile announced that Switchmod, a strategic community manager, has selected Clicmobile’s community platform for the community site Yootribe. Clicmobile develops and manages all technological aspects of the site. Since the launch of the beta version of the Web site last September, this community, led by Switchmod in partnership with M6 Web, now counts thousands of members and expects to reach 100 000 users by the end of the year.

The Web site Yootribe operates using Clicmobile’s efficient scalable technological online and mobile solution to easily connect internet users sharing common passions and interests. During the process of registering online, each user is asked to complete a form detailing his or her profile, and to personalize his or her page with videos, music, photos, tags and links to friends in order to widen his or her network and the Yootribe community. The Yootribe member can also create groups as well as public or private online events.

The Clicmobile technological platform made available to Switchmod also enables the online social network to be expanded to mobile. Initially, the service will allow Yootribe members to receive alerts and invitations from their friends, friends of friends and Yootribe members through SMS/WAP. A geo-localization service developed by Clicmobile enables Yootribe members to meet their available friends who are nearby. The mobile-loaded program provides an improved experience and novel features which include map-making, sights of interest and geo-localization.

By combining geo-localization with social networking and online personal data security, Clicmobile’s technical platform meets the growing need of real-time communication between members of a single network while enabling users to free themselves from the confines of the PC. The Clicmobile platform is fully compliant with all computing systems currently available on mobile phones (WEB/WASP/SMS/instant messaging) and is accessible on a large range of models, from the latest 3G to the oldest models which have only the SMS option.
